Introduce our new “Hot Pot Rice” 버섯솥밥

Mushroom Stone Pot Rice

Mushroom Hot Pot Rice is a hearty dish made with oyster mushrooms, white mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms steamed together in a traditional pot.
Mix it with Annyeong’s special soy sauce and a fresh egg for a rich, comforting taste reminiscent of Korean-style dolsotbap (stone pot rice).
It pairs beautifully with soft tofu soup or grilled mackerel(chef’s recommendation), creating a perfectly balanced meal.

버섯솥밥느타리버섯(oyster mushroom), 화이트버섯(white mushroom), 팽이버섯(enoki mushroom)을 주재료로 한 솥밥 요리입니다.
갓 지은 밥 위에 안녕의 특별한 “간장 소스”계란을 넣어 비벼 드시면, 따뜻하고 고소한 한국식 돌솥밥의 풍미를 즐기실 수 있습니다.
